Bored with easy trips? Want something a little different and challenging? If you have high stamina, you can choose to trek through Cat Tien forest to reach the Crocodile Lake.
 The trek begins with a ride from the HQ to Suoi Da Vang. After that the guide will take you through a small path across the core zone of the park. This rocky area has an abundance of pumice lava rock due to the region’s ancient volcanic activity.
With the help of an experienced guide, you’ll be able to spot primates, reptiles, birds, and identify rare trees easily. After 3 hours of trekking (10 km) in the deep forest, you will arrive at Crocodile Lake. Here you can enjoy lunch while surrounded by the beauty of nature. After lunch, you’ll continue hiking 5 km through another track until you hit the main road. There will be a jeep to pick you up and drive you back to the park HQ in the late afternoon.
